Depression

This is something that I've been battling with for a big chunk of my life.

Rather than talk about my depression, I'd rather talk about some things that I have done to help me get out of it.

Focusing on our bodies for s sec....

They are designed to move as the energy within our body needs to flow.

Therefore I recommend you incorporate any sort of daily physical activity.

Working out
Dancing
Swimming
Sports
Yoga
Tai Chi

You name it.

Now beyond the fact that doing so clears up any energy blockages that you may have, your brain releases chemicals that make you feel good such and endorphins.

I dare you to work out for an hour and come back and tell me that you still feel depressed.

Now a longer term affect is the reshaping of your body.

You feel better.

You look better.

You have more energy.

You begin to want to do more things.

You begin to take of yourself and the way you look.

Something else I recommend is taking care of the way you dress.

Not for others but for yourself.

"Dress to impress... YOURSELF." Rana

Feeling good in your own skin and clothes will instantly boost your confidence and how you feel about yourself.

Something else that I recommend you incorporate daily, is connecting to nature for at least a couple of minutes.

Whether its a walk or just sitting on the grass.

There is something profound about the energetic exchange that you receive and release into the earth.

Try this out daily for the next two weeks and come back and let me know if you're still feeling the blues.
