Rana Abou-Nassar To clear internal blocks my biggest tool is journaling as this allows me to be AWARE of my emotions in turn giving me the POWER to be in control. This is especially important when the issue at hand has to do with someone in your life. I personally am very open with people and let them know what im feeling especially when I'm upset. If you can't than I suggest writing a letter addressed to them expressing how you feel but not actually sending it to them. The act of writing is very therapeutic and is a great release method. Something else I like to do is stand in front of the mirror and constantly repeat the word release. Now I used to actually specify what i was releasing (anger, depression, pain, fear etc) but as I know that words vibrate on different frequencies I decided not to even use the words and just say the word release and physically feel the emotions dispitating from my body. I also like to use my hands to physically pretend that 'm pulling it out and throwing it on the floor, you can even try stomping on it!! After this step I tell myself that I am now infusing my body with love and light and I begin to feel what that would feel like. Now in regards to what Mark said EFT is a great release method. Essentially it is similar to acupuncture without the needles. The jist behind it is that you tap on certain points on your body that are on your meridian energy channels.Doing so helps unblock the flow of energy. So you initially start with focusing on the negative... so I feel fat... I hate my body.. bla bla bla and you keep doing it till those thoughts are not as emotionally charged. Than you begin to infuse the positive. I love my body.. etc while tapping. It's very easy to do. There are great You tube videos and just find a picture depicting the points to tap on.. I can send you more info if you like.Now in regards to raising my vibration I meditate but recently while doing so I began to say affirmations in my head of things that I want to manifest while also saying gratitude's. So for instance I love my new job! I am so grateful to be working here. I love my man! etc... than i stand in front of the mirror do the releasing and once ive released and increased my vibration by meditating i than and only than go look at my vision board and continue the affirmations and feeling the feelings i would feel as if everything on my board has already been manifested. Other things I do to increase my vibration is listen to inspirational music. Go for a walk in nature. Engage in physical activity that gets the endorphins pumping especially dancing or swimming. Spending time with dogs and infants also helps increase my vibrations. Hope this helps... feel free to contact me as I would love to help out more if you need it :)
