Vision Board Update
For starters one image on my board is a bikini pic of me when I was in shape

I can now say that after a month of working out and eating right not only have I lost weight but I'm now feeling great!!! I still have some more toning to do but the process is a journey and I'm well on the way!

I am very proud of my dedication!

To those of you that are in the same boat... YOU CAN DO IT!!

Once you start seeing and more importantly FEELING the results, there is no stopping you.

You will be motivated to continue eating healthy and will begin to look forward to your workouts.

On a separate note, I noticed that once I started working out it seemed to become an instant fix for my depression.

The obvious reason is the fact that I began to look and feel much better but what most people don't realize is the chemicals -such as endorphins- that are released are a natural high! I challenge you to try to feel depressed after you've been dancing... running... swimming... or whatever works for you.


Something else that I realize that I was able to manifest was my Euro trip that I just came back from a week ago. More specifically going to MONTE CARLO.

Just a few months ago, I was watching the Selena Gomez Monte Carlo movie with my mom and I remember saying how beautiful it was and how I would love to go there!

A couple months later I receive an email from my father telling me about a cruise that we were going to go on in Europe.

Guess where the last stop was?

You guessed it... MONTE CARLO!!!

Thank you Universe!

Oh I just remembered one more thing...

My new camera.

I had been wanting one as mine was ready to be thrown away. Unfortunately I didn't have the funds as the one I wanted was close to a grand.

However as the Universe always seems to do.. I FOUND a way and I was able to enjoy my brand new camera on my trip.

This is not related to my vision board but it ties into the power of the universe.

The other night I forgot my phone at a house that party I went to.

Once I was home, I noticed that I had lost it so I went a little crazy trying to call it.

I than sent out an intention to the universe asking to find it.

Low and behold the next morning my friend messages me on FB telling me he found it.

The kicker is that my friend who found it saw it on the couch... but only recognized it to be mine as my mom happened to be calling me in the moment. My friend recognized my last name and picked it up for me.

Ok so I now have one more to add...

So I randomly decide to go on linkedin and add my email contacts to my list. I added an old friend who I haven't seen in years and had no clue that she was in Toronto. Not only does she work at a recruiting agency but they were looking for what I'm looking for and interviews were being concluded the next day. Point? I put the intention out there and I manifested a job within a week! Yay!
