Take a close look at the people in your life.
Are they energy sucking vampires or energy giving beings?
Are the people in your life...
Negative?
Depressed?
Constantly complaining?
Rude?
Disrespectful?
Mean?
Hurtful?
Boring?
Obnoxious?
Lazy?
Bums?
Cold?
Hurtful?
Condescending?
Liars?
Self centered?
Or are they...
Positive?
Energetic?
Interesting?
Filled with light and love?
Happy?
Peaceful?
Smart?
Ambitious?
Driven?
Authentic?
Genuine?
Kind?
Caring?
Loving?
Sweet?
Encouraging?
Trustful?
Supportive?
Understanding?
Good communicators?
The people you surround yourself with will either deplete your energy tank or help refuel it.
It’s time to take a deep look at those that you call friends or lovers.
Do they pick you up?
Or bring you down?
Do they make you feel good?
Or make you feel like crap?
Take a moment.
Think about it...
And decide.
And then eliminate.
Eliminate those that do not serve your highest and best good.
In the end, why do you want energy sucking vampires in your life?
I had many of those in my life... which is why I have weeded them all out.
Now I only allow people into my life who are on my wave length. Those that are not, do not need to be in my life.
And so it is.
