Balance

Balance
This virtue can't seem to stop being imbedded into my head!

I have written about this is the past, mentioning my very BLACK and WHITE personality.

I'm either all in or all out.

Well... I used to be.

When I got into organics, I got into it hard and didn't' eat anything else.

When I would watch TV... I would waste hours doing so!

When I learned something new I thought I was right and wouldn't listen to anyone else.

With time and experience, I have learned to enjoy Organics and non Organics. Rather than thinning out my wallet, I have learned how to BALANCE out my spending. At the end of the day who knows if what you are buying is truly organic? Not to mention that I personally believe that you can change the food molecules by your words and intentions.

Rather than cutting out TV from my life I have narrowed it down to certain shows that I allow myself to watch.

I am proud of myself as I have been working out and eating healthy in turn I’ve lost some weight.
This weekend however I allowed myself a day to indulge.

Rather than feeling guilty I realized that what I did was a necessity!

For starters, it satisfied my tooth and I am no longer craving any junk.

More importantly however, there is no way for us to be PERFECT.

Without those days of imperfections the rest of the days would never seem to be "perfect."

Rather than becoming Vegan... I've decided to incorporate more Raw and Vegan foods into my diet while still allowing myself a balanced and moderated consumption of animal products.

Rather than working out like crazy and becoming 100 lbs like I used to be, I am working out in moderation.
Allowing me to tone while still having some meat on my body.

Everything is about balance.

Look at the Seasons... without the death of the Leaves in Fall.. There would be no rebirth in Spring.
Without the cold winter months… we wouldn’t truly appreciate the warm summer ones.
You get the picture.. 

Namaste
