Music...and a Walk
The two combined are pure magic.

Walking.

Running.

Jogging.

Swimming.

Beyond the kick ass work out that they provide, they are gateways into the world of meditation.

What makes them so, is the fact that they each involve low mental stimulation and easy repetitive movements.

In essence not much work is required by your conscious mind when engaging in such activities.

Versus let's say engaging in a sport with rules and calculated moves.

The aforementioned activities allow you to achieve a state of bliss reached by engaging in meditation.

Reason being, your conscious can kick back for a little.

Something we all know it’s not used to doing.

In this state, you strengthen the connection between your conscious and subconscious mind.

Let's focus on walking for instance.

On my 3 hour walk yesterday ( I did stop at the mall for 30 min)

I was listening to my Hoffman mix

The name doesn't matter.

What does is the song selection.
For all the tracks were

Inspirational.

Positive.

Upbeat.

Loving.

If a song meets all of those criteria, than I suggest that you add it to your own list.

Once it's complete.

Headphones in.

And off you go.

For a walk.

Now as I've already mentioned... walking can be a form of meditating.

In this state, the link between your conscious and subconscious is intensified.

Not to mention your subconscious power is also heightened.

Turning you and your mind into a manifesting machine.

Words.. Images... Music.. Metaphors..

Are all the language your subconscious speaks in.

So.. Songs

Are a combination of words... and music.

We all know the power of the mind and how susceptible it is to
Mind Control.

It's true what they say.

Listening to music, TV and movies can have a direct impact on the messages that your subconscious receives.

In turn affecting the messages it sends out.

In essence what you watch.. what you listen to and what you say.

All lend a hand in manifesting your world.

It’s as simple as that.

This experience will almost make you feel like you are high.

(That’s why they call it a runner’s high)

The feeling is in response to the amount of chemicals such as endorphins that your mind released when walking and listening to music.

Try it out.

Make your list.

Tie your shoes.

Soak in the energy of nature.

The energy of the music.

and most importantly..

The energy of your MIND.

Enjoy!
