It takes 21 days to turn something into a habit so for the next 21 days every day I am going to post 3 new things that I am grateful for. Doing so will help retrain my mind to focus on all the good and positive in my life rather than all the negative.
So for today I will start with this
I am grateful for the roof that I have over my head that provides me shelter and warmth.
I am grateful for my family who have always been loving and supportive of me.
I am grateful for being alive today!!
